The individual requesting a reinstatement must email licensing@ribo.com to confirm their eligibility for reinstatement as well as applicable fees and continuing requirements prior to completing this application.
All applications will be processed in the order they are received. Due to the high volume, processing may take 5-10 business days.
Please note that all applications that are being processed after July 1st, 2026 and will require the $265 – 2026/27 renewal fees to be included (please ensure you have emailed licensing@ribo.com for required paperwork and updated fees before submitting). Once the licenses are issued, they will have an expiry date of September 30, 2027, bypassing this year’s renewal.
You must obtain an original current-dated police record check or “Criminal Record Verification” letter from the local police department or from Sterlingbackcheck. (The document must be dated within 60 days of the date RIBO receives the application. Applications will not be processed without this document).(Please note that we do not accept third party checks).
