Regulatory History Requests

A request for a licensee or brokerage’s regulatory history authorizes RIBO to share and disclose the following information, with the requester and/or other authorizing party specified on the form:

Complaints history
Discipline history
Spot check history

To request a Regulatory History, complete and submit the Information below. Please be sure to confirm that you are using the correct spelling and license number for the applicable broker or brokerage, by referring to RIBO’s Broker Search  or Brokerage Search tool.

Your request will be processed within 5-7 business days of the receipt of a completed request form. RIBO will only send the Regulatory History to the email address on the form.
