Filing of Position Reports

Principal Brokers are reminded to log onto the member portal and complete their statutory Position Reports directly online. Hard and soft copies of the reports will no longer be accepted.

To ensure the Position Report is submitted successfully, please verify that the required fields are complete and that the declaration box at the end of the report is checked/certified.

Principal Brokers can expect to receive email notices to remind them of their upcoming statutory filing requirements.

Principal Brokers are encouraged to look at their past reports and address any reports that do not have a blue Download button and a Submit Date. This would indicate that the report is past due and requires entry.
