Prepare for Renewals: Update Your IRIS Profile Today

Update: We have launched our new feature to have your IRIS username (email address) texted to your mobile phone number (if set as the primary number).

Licensees, 2025/26 license renewals will be completed in IRIS, our broker management system that was launched last year.

This year, we will be adding a new convenience feature such that you can request that your IRIS username (email address) be texted to you if you have forgotten it.

To make use of this feature, you will need to have your mobile phone number set in IRIS as the primary number.

In preparation, we encourage you to check, add, or update your mobile number following the instructions below.

Step 1: Log into IRIS

Click on the Licensee Login link to access IRIS.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Broker’ Tile

Step 3: Review/Update Your Primary Mobile Number

• Check to see if the mobile number in the left-hand pane is correct.
• If not, click ‘Contact Information’ on the right-hand section of your screen.
• Select the bolded entry. (This represents your ‘Primary Contact’ information.)
• Add/Update your mobile phone number in the ‘Mobile number’ section.
• Remember to save your changes by clicking the disk icon.
• You should see the mobile phone number on the left-hand pane update immediately. If not, return to the tile screen and go back into your broker profile to refresh.
